The Merlin Folding Backpack is extermely light weight. This back pack folds into itself forming a small packet which can be attached onto belts using clips. When opened, the main compartment of the folding pack will hold around 1080 cubic inches of gear. The main compartment is 15 inches x 12 inches x 6 inches. A separate back compartment hold a hydration reservoir. This Merlin Backpacks has separate front pockets that allow organization of smaller gear. Please note that the body of the folding backpack is made from tough 420 denier coated nylon fabric, this allows the pack the ability to fold into a small space.
