At On The Go Backpacks, we are committed to your satisfaction.  Non-defective merchandise returned to On The Go Backpacks for any reason other than a miss-ship of product, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Product must be received by us in original condition and within 30 days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return.   

On The Go Backpack customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to On The Go Backpacks.  Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first. 

On The Go Backpacks will not accept any

returned Merchandise without a valid RA#

To obtain a RA #, email us at returns@onthegobackpacks.com .  A customer service representative will email you with a RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.
